There is a lobby bar, a gift shop and a business center on the first floor. Most of the guestrooms have a balcony with an area of ten square meters. The third and the fourth floors are view floors. Rocking chairs grace the view balcony in all sea-view rooms on the third floor while open balconies on forth floor rooms provide a good vantage for photographers or for guests to watch ongoing water sports. The North Building has three floors: a Chinese restaurant and a Western restaurant are on the first floor. Dining options including seafood, European food and American food. 21 private dining rooms can be found on the second floor while entertainment facilities such as 17 private KTV rooms, a billiards room and a table tennis room are on the third floor.
